How To Make British Indian Restaurant (BIR) Style Meals

TheCurryGuy coverHow To Make British Indian Restaurant (BIR) Style Meals‘ is quite simply one of the best guides to creating authentic restaurant style Indian meals at home I have seen.  It covers lots of different recipes, basic curry sauces you can make in advance and use later, breads, samosas and all manner of Indian delicacies.

I’ve been following Dan Toombs for a year or so via his website:

To give a bit of background if you don’t know anything about Dan, he has actually spent a couple of years cooking nothing but Indian food for him and his family and the range or recipes, everything from fish and lamb to vegetarian dishes is inspirational to anyone who loves curry as I do.  His dedication to the cause of curry making is impressive to say the least.

I am passionately interested in Asian food and particularly Indian food and it is fantastic to find such a great resource as this.  There are lots of recipes I haven’t tried yet from the book but I promise you you will not be disappointed if you buy this.

This book is published on Kindle but dont’ forget you don’t have to have a Kindle to buy a Kindle book, you can download a free PC application from the Kindle area of

Hope you have many a happy curry night!
